Peach Blueberry Margarita
Put 10 whole blueberries in a pint glass and muddle.
Fill glass with ice and add 1.5 oz. of Ambhar Plata Tequila, 0.5 oz. agave nectar, 1.5 oz. lime juice, and 3 oz. pureed peaches (see recipe).
Cover glass with metal shaker and shake intensely to mix.
Pour in a Collins glass and garnish with a couple of whole blueberries.
Pureed Peaches
Remove pit and cut peach into small chunks. Put in blender with tiny bit of water and blend until smooth.
Adjust water depending on how juicy the fruit is.
